Spark Academy provides educational coaching services for IIT JEE and NEET examinations. Our services include classroom training, online courses, study materials, and related educational support.
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule specified at the time of enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.
All course materials, lectures, content, and intellectual property provided by Spark Academy remain the exclusive property of Spark Academy. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Spark Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
